Happening Now Near Apartments at CityCenter: Downtown Holiday Market
If there was ever a year to look forward to the festivity that comes along with the holidays, this is it. And luckily, the annual Downtown Holiday Market is back for another season of shopping, eating, and all around cheer. Two blocks of F Street (between 7th and 9th) will be cordoned off for the open air village, and the event will feature over 70 exhibitors of art, artists, and entertainers. There will be plenty of festive lights and the sounds of the season courtesy of Howard University’s gospel choir, King Street Bluegrass, and more. Do a little bit of early gift shopping, stock up on décor for your home, and grab some delicious food from the onsite food trucks.
This year’s line-up of eateries includes The Taste of Germany, Alexa’s Empanadas, and Old Blue BBQ to name a few. Visit the Downtown Holiday Market from Friday, November 20 through December 23.
